I'd check for blockage and make sure the tube/hose from the pump or reservoir is connected and intact, check the pump isn't sucking air from the reservoir instead of fluid. If there is little or no flow of fluid from the disconnected hose, it means the nozzles are probably good but the problem lies somewhere else.
